** Why This Role Matters*
* This role is essential to delivering accurate, timely diagnostic information while creating a positive patient experience. You'll help ensure every patient feels confident, cared for, and supported during their visit.
** What You'll Do*
* + Perform venipuncture and capillary collections on patients of all ages, including pediatric and geriatric
+ Prepare, label, and process specimens according to established procedures
+ Verify patient identification and ensure accurate specimen labeling with patient confirmation
+ Maintain proper documentation while ensuring confidentiality and data accuracy
+ Provide clear explanations to patients and create a comfortable, professional environment
+ Support both clinical and forensic specimen collection and processing
+ Travel to and support multiple sites as needed based on business demands
** What We're Looking For*
* + A current, up-to-date resume
+ High school diploma or equivalent
+ 1-3 years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric and geriatric collections
+ Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver error-free work in a fast-paced setting
+ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
+ Excellent communication and customer service skills
+ Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, overtime, and travel between locations as needed
+ Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and clean driving record (if applicable)
+ Basic computer and data entry skills
+ Ability to meet compliance requirements
