In this role, you’ll be on the front lines of patient interaction—providing compassionate service, collecting high-quality specimens, and supporting critical diagnostic testing that helps guide life‑changing medical decisions.

Location: Cayuga, IN
Pay Rate: $25/hr
Employment Type: Contingent
Schedule: 8am–5pm

Why This Role Matters
This role is essential to delivering accurate, timely diagnostic information while creating a positive patient experience. You’ll help ensure every patient feels confident, cared for, and supported during their visit.

What You'll Do

  • Perform venipuncture and capillary collections on patients of all ages, including pediatric and geriatric
  • Prepare, label, and process specimens according to established procedures
  • Verify patient identification and ensure accurate specimen labeling with patient confirmation
  • Maintain proper documentation while ensuring confidentiality and data accuracy
  • Provide clear explanations to patients and create a comfortable, professional environment
  • Support both clinical and forensic specimen collection and processing
  • Travel to and support multiple sites as needed based on business demands

What We're Looking For

  • A current, up-to-date resume
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1–3 years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric and geriatric collections
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver error-free work in a fast-paced setting
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, overtime, and travel between locations as needed
  • Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and clean driving record (if applicable)
  • Basic computer and data entry skills
  • Ability to meet compliance requirements
