Pay Rate: $25/hr
Employment Type: Contingent
Schedule: 8am–5pm

This role is essential to delivering accurate, timely diagnostic information while creating a positive patient experience. You’ll help ensure every patient feels confident, cared for, and supported during their visit.
What You'll Do
- Perform venipuncture and capillary collections on patients of all ages, including pediatric and geriatric
- Prepare, label, and process specimens according to established procedures
- Verify patient identification and ensure accurate specimen labeling with patient confirmation
- Maintain proper documentation while ensuring confidentiality and data accuracy
- Provide clear explanations to patients and create a comfortable, professional environment
- Support both clinical and forensic specimen collection and processing
- Travel to and support multiple sites as needed based on business demands
What We're Looking For
- A current, up-to-date resume
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1–3 years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric and geriatric collections
- Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver error-free work in a fast-paced setting
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, overtime, and travel between locations as needed
- Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and clean driving record (if applicable)
- Basic computer and data entry skills
- Ability to meet compliance requirements
