Schedule:

On-Call – Shifts may include days, evenings, nights and weekends based on coverage needs. Generally, there is a 2 week notice on shift(s) that would need to be covered.

What You'll Do:

• Provide support and assistance to residents, including those with dementia
• Help with daily routines such as meals, mobility, and personal care
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment
• Respond to resident needs and call systems as needed
• Create a positive, respectful experience for residents and guests

What We're Looking For:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience working with older adults preferred
• Caregiving experience (personal or professional) is a plus
• Flexible and dependable with the ability to pick up shifts as needed
• Compassionate, patient, and able to work independently
