Step Ahead ABA is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician for one client in Otterbein, Indiana. The schedule is Mon/Tue/Wed/Thu mornings, about 32 hours per week, with exact times 7:45–3:45 on school days.
You deliver 97153 direct therapy under a BCBA-written plan, with QA/IOA supervision, data collection, and notes submission. Non-billable time is paid at $10/hour; candidacy includes growth via the RBT leveling system.
