Greencroft Middlebury Looking for a flexible role where you can make a meaningful impact This PRN as needed opportunity is ideal for someone seeking occasional hours whether youre semi retired returning to the workforce or simply looking to pick up extra shifts

Schedule On Call Shifts may include days evenings nights and weekends based on coverage needs Generally there is a 2 week notice on shifts that would need to be covered

• Provide support and assistance to residents including those with dementia
  
  Help with daily routines such as meals mobility and personal care Maintain a clean safe and comfortable environment
  
  Respond to resident needs and call systems as needed
  
  Create a positive respectful experience for residents and guests

High school diploma or equivalent

Experience working with older adults preferred

Caregiving experience personal or professional is a plus Flexible and dependent with the ability to pick up shifts as needed

Compassionate patient and able to work independently
