Registered Behavior Technician

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician to join our team at Achievers ABA. As an RBT, you will work closely with our team of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and other professionals to provide ABA therapy to children with autism. Your primary responsibility will be to implement behavioral interventions and strategies, while maintaining accurate records of progress and treatment plans.

• Provide ABA therapy to children with autism, ages 2-18, in day care, school and in-home settings
• Implement behavioral interventions and strategies, as designed by the BCBA
• Collect and record data on patient progress and treatment plans
  
  Collaborate with the BCBA and other professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge
