What You'll Do:As an LPN in our Assisted Living community, you'll be at the heart of our resident care, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being. Your responsibilities will include:
Administering medications and treatments with precision and care.
Monitoring residents' health status, observing changes, and documenting accurately.
Assisting residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) as needed.
Collaborating with the nursing team and other departments to ensure holistic resident care.
Communicating effectively with residents, their families, and healthcare providers.
Maintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for our residents.
Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of Indiana (required).
Experience in assisted living or long-term care is a plus, but we welcome dedicated new graduates too!
A genuine passion for working with seniors and a compassionate, patient-centered approach.
Strong observational, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Reliability and a strong work ethic.
