Elara Caring is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to join our home-based care team in Indiana. You will evaluate, treat, and manage speech-language therapy needs in patients’ homes, developing comprehensive plans of care and coordinating with physicians and caregivers.
The role requires a Master’s in Language Pathology, an unrestricted SLP license, and at least 1 year of clinical experience. Travel up to 50% and a valid vehicle are required.
