Pay Range: $16.00 per hour

Schedule Options: Part-Time (25 hours per week)

King's Grace Homecare is adding to our team and looking for dependable Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) and Caregivers to provide in-home support across the Worthington area.

We offer flexible scheduling with a variety of shifts, making this a good fit for those seeking steady work or part-time hours.

No prior experience required - paid training is available.

In this role, you will assist clients with daily activities and provide support that helps them remain safe and comfortable in their homes.

• Assist with personal care routines (bathing, grooming, dressing)
• Support mobility and safe transfers
• Provide companionship and social interaction
• Assist with meals and basic household tasks
• Offer non-medical reminders and routine support
• Provide patient care for individuals with memory-related conditions
• Document care activities and communicate updates

• Weekly pay with reliable processing
• Flexible scheduling based on your availability

• Dependable and able to maintain a consistent schedule
• Strong communication and professionalism
• Ability to work independently in a home setting
• Reliable transportation preferred
• Ability to assist with mobility needs (up to 50 lbs.)
• Background check required

• Experience as a PCA, caregiver, HHA, CNA, or DSP is helpful
• Experience with dementia or memory care is a plus
