Elara Caring is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to join our home-based care team. You will deliver direct PT services per Plan of Care, report changes to the supervising PT, and support patients in their home setting.
Candidates must graduate from an accredited PTA program, hold a current PTA license for the state, be willing to travel up to 50%, have a dependable vehicle, and be able to lift up to 50 pounds. Travel and variable hours may apply.
