B Above Autism Services is hiring a Floating Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our clinical team. This role covers new client starts, scheduling changes, and temporary staffing needs across our service area, providing 1:1 ABA therapy in home, school, clinic, and community settings.
You'll work under supervising BCBAs, implement individualized treatment plans, and help children develop communication, social, adaptive, and daily living skills.
