Clinical Pharmacy Specialist - Stem Cell Transplant (Inpatient​/Outpatient) Cancer Center North

This position is located at our Cancer Center North Campus. MD Anderson Cancer Center is looking for a clinically trained pharmacist to join our growing team.

• Provide patient care in both inpatient and outpatient settings on a rotating basis.
• Serve as the subject matter expert and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to implement and maintain clinical pharmacy services for the cellular therapy program.
• Play a significant role in developing treatment and supportive care protocols and network policies.
• Participate in disease‑specific tumor boards, research/clinical trials, and precept students and residents.

• Experience working in pharmacy, knowledge of treatment modalities, and dedication to patient care.
• Ability to communicate tactfully and effectively with patients, staff, physicians, and visitors.
• Ability to demonstrate the knowledge and skills to provide care appropriate to the age of the patients served in the area.
• Graduate of an accredited college of pharmacy, Bachelor or PharmD;
  Doctorate degree.
• Indiana Pharmacist license.
• Board Certified Oncology Pharmacist (BCOP), preferred.
• Successfully completed PGY1 Pharmacy Residency and PGY2 Pharmacy Residency in Oncology, preferred.
