Community Health Network is a provider‑led, multi‑specialty healthcare destination in central Indiana. We seek an Advanced Practice Provider at Community Heart and Vascular Hospital and Community Hospital East.

Community Health Network offers a board‑certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a well‑established cardiology team. The newly established Cardio‑Oncology Clinic focuses on early detection and management of potential cardio‑toxicity from cancer therapy.

• Active team member in the outpatient Cardio‑Oncology Clinic at Community Heart and Vascular Hospital and Community Hospital East

• Conduct cardiovascular risk assessment prior to cancer treatment
• Care for cancer patients with existing cardiovascular disease
• Manage cardiovascular complications during cancer treatment
• Test and monitor for cardio‑toxicity including stress testing, echocardiograms, and cardiac MRI

• Experience in Cardio‑Oncology preferred
• Educational background consistent with requirements for licensure and certification in the state of Indiana; must maintain eligibility for prescriptive authority
