Christian Care Retirement Community is hiring for full-time CNAs to cover 2nd and 3rd shifts. Base pay is $17.00/hour with a $0.25/year experience bonus (capped at 15 years). 2nd shift adds $4.00/hour; weekend work adds $2.00/hour.
3rd shift adds $1.60/hour plus weekend $2.00/hour and holiday double-time pay. The role emphasizes compassionate, respectful resident care. Team members work every other weekend and every other holiday.
