Make a Difference:
The Ultrasound Technologist performs diagnostic ultrasound exams according to physician orders.

• Exceptional communication and patient care skills
• Aptitude toward the team philosophy
• Ability to work independently without direct supervision
• Basic computer skills
• Sterile procedure
• Provides correct patient identification, technique, education, instruction, and transportation, as necessary
• Serves as preceptor for imaging procedures
• Operates all imaging and Doppler/duplex equipment with proper technique
• Meets all computer and documentation competencies

Education:

High School Diploma or GED required.

License:
Must have ultrasound certification through ARDMS, ARRT (S) or CCI. If hired without a license, ARDMS or ARRT(S) or CCI certification required within 24 months of obtaining position. Must be Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certified.
