Rehabilitation Hospital of Indiana is seeking an outpatient Therapy Scheduler to coordinate daily and future therapy staff schedules for patients at our Indianapolis campus. The role uses computerized scheduling to ensure adequate staff resources for PT, OT, ST and rehab psychology, enabling timely patient care.
Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of secretarial or scheduling experience in a healthcare setting, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and a high school diploma.
