Love Help Care Family Support LLC is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Direct Support Professional to join our team in Indianapolis, IN. • Provide direct care and daily living support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD)
• Assist clients with personal hygiene, grooming, meal preparation, and household tasks
• Implement individualized support plans (ISPs) and document progress accurately
• Transport and accompany clients to medical appointments, community activities, and errands
• Encourage skill-building, independence, and community integration
• Communicate effectively with supervisors, family members, and care team members
• Respond appropriately to behavioral support needs and crisis situations

• High school diploma or GED required
• Previous experience as a DSP, caregiver, CNA, or in human services preferred
• Valid driver s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
• Strong interpersonal skills with a patient, empathetic, and person-centered approach
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed
