As a Qualified Medication Aide, you are a vital link in our residents' health and happiness. Your day will include:
Medication Management: Safely administering medications and supervising residents who self-administer.
Accurate Records: Maintaining timely and precise daily records in accordance with company policy.
Safety & Organization: Keeping the medicine supply room pristine and organized.
Accountability: Completing accurate accounting of all medications, including controlled substances, to ensure resident safety.
Education: High school diploma or GED.
Certification: Valid Indiana QMA certification (current and in good standing).
Experience: 1–2 months of related clinical experience is preferred, but a passion for senior care is a must!
Mindset: A positive, "resident-first" attitude and a commitment to being a team player.
