A Day in the Life of a Robin Run QMA

As a Qualified Medication Aide, you are a vital link in our residents' health and happiness. Your day will include:

  • Medication Management: Safely administering medications and supervising residents who self-administer.

  • Accurate Records: Maintaining timely and precise daily records in accordance with company policy.

  • Safety & Organization: Keeping the medicine supply room pristine and organized.

  • Accountability: Completing accurate accounting of all medications, including controlled substances, to ensure resident safety.

What You’ll Need to Succeed
  • Education: High school diploma or GED.

  • Certification: Valid Indiana QMA certification (current and in good standing).

  • Experience: 1–2 months of related clinical experience is preferred, but a passion for senior care is a must!

  • Mindset: A positive, "resident-first" attitude and a commitment to being a team player.
