• Oversee daily operations of the memory care neighborhood, ensuring a safe, engaging, and person-centered environment.
• Partner with healthcare professionals and families to develop individualized care plans.
• Train, mentor, and support staff to maintain high-quality care and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Support residents with Alzheimer’s and other dementias, promoting their well-being and quality of life.
