, located in beautiful Osgood, Indiana, is seeking a compassionate and skilled PRN or Part-Time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our dedicated rehabilitation team.
This is a wonderful opportunity to work in a supportive environment while making a meaningful impact on the lives of our residents.
Position Details- PRN or part time role with 10–20 hours per week
, with additional hours available as needed for PTO or leave coverage
. - Flexibility and consistency are both valued—ideal for therapists looking to maintain a regular schedule while providing occasional coverage.
- Minimum of 1+ years of experience in a Long-Term Care (LTC) or Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting.
- Experience with Net Health and Point Click Care (PCC) preferred.
- Active Indiana Speech-Language Pathology License in good standing.
