School Speech Language Pathologist; SLP Kendallville, Indiana

Your daily responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments for students with speech and language disorders
• Designing and implementing individualized treatment plans tailored to each child’s needs
• Providing therapy sessions that focus on targeted speech and language objectives
• Carefully monitoring and documenting student progress to ensure effective intervention
• Partnering closely with a multidisciplinary team of educators and specialists to deliver coordinated care
• Actively involving and educating families throughout the therapy process

Qualifications for this position:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
• Current state licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure in Speech-Language Pathology
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but Clinical Fellows (CFY) are welcome
• Previous experience working with pediatric or school-aged clients is highly desirable
• Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a diverse team
