Location: Kendallville

Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Conducting comprehensive assessments for students with speech and language disorders
- Designing and implementing individualized treatment plans tailored to each child’s needs
- Providing therapy sessions that focus on targeted speech and language objectives
- Carefully monitoring and documenting student progress to ensure effective intervention
- Partnering closely with a multidisciplinary team of educators and specialists to deliver coordinated care
- Actively involving and educating families throughout the therapy process
Qualifications for this position:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
- Current state licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure in Speech-Language Pathology
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but Clinical Fellows (CFY) are welcome
- Previous experience working with pediatric or school-aged clients is highly desirable
- Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a diverse team
