In this patient-facing role, you will assist clinicians with patient intake, vitals, documentation, and coordination of care while maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming clinic environment. You will schedule appointments, verify insurance, manage records in the EMR, and support treatment setup. Responsibilities

• Greet and register patients, complete intake, and verify demographics and insurance coverage
• Measure and record vital signs and update patient records in the EMR system
• Assist clinicians with preparation for patient treatments and basic clinical tasks as directed
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments, manage reminder calls, and coordinate follow-ups
• Verify insurance benefits, obtain authorizations, and collect co-pays when needed
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant handling of patient records and sensitive information
• Keep treatment areas, equipment, and waiting room clean, organized, and stocked
• Communicate clearly with patients, therapists, and staff to support smooth clinic operations
• Assist with documentation support, scanning, and filing within the EMR system
• Contribute to a positive, team-based culture focused on patient-centered care and continuous learning
