Headstart Health is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to work with BCBA-owned practices that prioritize strong supervision, realistic caseloads, and real support for clinicians.
You’ll work directly with BCBAs who own their practices and have been in your shoes, with direct mentorship, flexible scheduling (full-time or part-time), paid trainings, and a path to becoming a BCBA.
