3, twelve hour rotating weekdays - 6:30a - 6:30p.
1 call weekend a month
1 holiday a year(rotating)

The Ultrasound Technologist performs diagnostic ultrasound exams according to physician orders.

• Exceptional communication and patient care skills
• Aptitude toward the team philosophy
• Ability to work independently without direct supervision
• Basic computer skills
• Provides correct patient identification, technique, education, instruction, and transportation, as necessary
• Serves as preceptor for imaging procedures
• Operates all imaging and Doppler/duplex equipment with proper technique
• Meets all computer and documentation competencies
• Education:
  
  High School Diploma or GED required, graduate from an accredited imaging or ultrasound program preferred
• License:
  Must have ultrasound certification through ARDMS, ARRT (S) or CCI (If hired without a license, ARDMS or ARRT(S) or CCI certification required within 24 months of obtaining position) and Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certified
