Job Summary:

Manderley Healthcare Center, a leading provider of long-term care and short-term rehabilitation in Indiana, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Housekeeping /Laundry professional to join our team at our 71-room skilled nursing facility in Osgood, Indiana. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will play a vital role in maintaining a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for our residents.

day shift

• Ensure the cleanliness and organization of resident rooms, common areas, and public spaces
• Perform laundry duties, including washing, drying, and ironing resident clothing and linens
• Restock supplies and maintain inventory of essential housekeeping materials
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and efficient completion of tasks
• Demonstrate a strong commitment to infection control and follow established protocols to maintain a clean and safe environment
• Provide exceptional customer service to residents, families, and staff members

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 0-2 years of experience in a healthcare or hospitality setting
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods
