Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) – Full TimeHTS is currently hiring a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our therapy team at a top-rated Continuing Care Retirement Community in North Manchester, Indiana, about 40 miles southwest of Fort Wayne. This vibrant community offers a full continuum of care including independent living, assisted living, memory care, skilled nursing, rehab-to-home, and has a growing community-based outpatient therapy program. In this position, the PTA will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans and maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions and resident programs.
At 30 – 40 hours per week, this is a full-time position.

RequirementsApplicants must have an active Indiana Physical Therapist Assistant license or must have the necessary qualifications to earn Indiana license. These qualifications include graduation from a Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education-accredited physical therapist assistant education program, subsequent passing of a state-administered national exam, and fulfilling the state’s requirements for licensure.
Applicants must be legally eligible to work in the United States. Proof of eligibility will be required upon offer of employment.
