This outpatient recovery center provides behavioral health and addiction-related services to adult patients in Indianapolis, Indiana. The facility operates with a collaborative support team that includes Case Managers, Therapists, and Behavioral Health Technicians (BHTs). The center offers a structured, on-site environment focused on recovery and rehabilitation.

The primary responsibility for this role is completing biopsychosocial assessments during day shift hours on an on-site basis. Admission volume fluctuates and may range from approximately 2-8 assessments per day, with each assessment typically requiring 1-1.5 hours to complete. Patients present with behavioral health and addiction-related concerns, including SUD and dual-diagnosis conditions. Clinicians who are interested may also have the opportunity to assist with therapy sessions, and prior experience with SUD and dual-diagnosis populations is preferred.
