Overview:

Our outpatient dialysis center in Indianapolis is seeking a Dialysis Technician to prepare, monitor, and support patients throughout hemodialysis treatment. This role offers a flexible 3-day work week within a supportive, stable clinical environment.

Schedule:

Flexible 3-day work week, shifts from 5:00 AM–8:00 PM
Competitive compensation: $45,760–56,160 per year (DOE)

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare treatment areas and ensure readiness for dialysis procedures
Initiate, monitor, and safely discontinue hemodialysis treatments
Monitor patient vital signs and promptly report clinical changes
Maintain infection control and safety standards throughout care delivery
Respond to patient needs, treatment alerts, and clinical concerns
Accurately document treatment data and patient responses in the EHR
Provide patient education related to dialysis care and treatment adherence
Collaborate with nursing staff and care team members to ensure continuity of care

Qualifications:

Minimum 1 year of experience in an outpatient chronic dialysis setting
Current CPR/BLS certification
Certified Hemodialysis Technician (CCHT) or equivalent required, or ability to obtain
Completion of an accredited hemodialysis technician training program preferred
