Local health officer qualifications; training

Sec. 9.5. (a) In order to serve as the local health officer, an individual must:

• (1) be a physician licensed under IC 25-22.5

Incumbent serves as Health Officer for the Brown County Health Department, responsible for overseeing all functions of the department and performing duties according to Indiana Code.
