Staff Pharmacist

Role Overview:

This position provides comprehensive pharmaceutical care, including processing prescriptions, counseling customers on healthcare needs, administering immunizations, and ensuring compliance with legal and company policies.

• Dispensing prescriptions accurately and maintaining confidential records.
• Offering expert advice on medication and health-related topics to customers.
• Supporting business solutions through stakeholder collaboration, process improvement, and monitoring progress.
• Leading customer service efforts, resolving issues, and modeling compliance with policies and standards.
• Ensuring quality patient care, safety, and adherence to regulatory requirements.
• Promoting a culture of safety, transparency, and continuous improvement.
• Fostering a respectful, ethical, and inclusive work environment, mentoring team members, and upholding integrity.
• Making data-driven decisions, embracing innovation, and striving for excellence in service delivery.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy or PharmD, or equivalent licensing.
• Pharmacy license by the time of employment.
• Completion of accredited immunization training.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
