• Assist the Program Manager in supervising, facilitating, and monitoring day‑to‑day functions of the program.
• Mentor and orient new staff and coordinate staff schedules.
• Provide patient therapy as needed.

• Master’s Degree from an accredited college or university in a mental‑health related field.
• Current Indiana Driver’s License.
• Licensed Health Service Provider in Psychology (HSPP), Licensed Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) by the Indiana Professional Licensing Agency (IPLA).
• 5+ years of master’s level clinical service delivery and an understanding of evidence‑based substance‑use recovery programming.
• Strong time‑management skills and ability to prioritize.
• Ability to provide clinical supervision in accordance with state service requirements.
• Ability to provide crisis supervision and support staff when requested.
