TRUCARING is looking for a compassionate and experienced HHA/Caregiver to join our growing team in Geneva IN! Responsibilities:- Provide personal care assistance including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene support
- Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation as needed
- Offer culturally competent care and communication for Burmese-speaking clients
- Prepare meals, assist with feeding, and monitor nutritional intake
- Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and errands to maintain a safe home environment
- Monitor and report changes in client health, behavior, or condition to supervisors
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients and their families
- Accurately document care activities and maintain client records
- Fluency English (spoken and written) is required
- Current HHA (Home Health Aide) certification or equivalent caregiver experience
- Prior experience in home care, personal care, or a related healthcare setting
- Ability to assist with ADLs (Activities of Daily Living) and follow care plans
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills with a compassionate, patient, and respectful demeanor
- Ability to pass a background check and meet state employment requirements
