Your Clinical Impact

As a Substance Use Disorder Therapist, you play a critical role in shaping the recovery experience and maintaining clinical quality. You will:

  • Deliver Evidence-Based SUD Treatment
  • Facilitate individual and group therapy addressing substance use disorders, relapse prevention, recovery skills, and co-occurring mental health conditions
  • Utilize trauma-informed, person-centered, and recovery-oriented approaches
  • Participate in interdisciplinary treatment planning
  • Provide family counseling and education to support sustained recovery
  • Ensure Continuity of Care
  • Maintain consistent communication with clients, families, referral sources, and community partners
  • Support discharge planning and long-term recovery outcomes
  • Maintain Clinical & Regulatory Excellence
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA, Medicaid, and The Joint Commission (TJC) standards
  • Complete timely, accurate, and clinically sound documentation
What We’re Looking For
  • Education & Licensure:
    Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field with active LSW and documented group therapy experience OR Master’s degree in Social Work or Counseling
  • Required / Preferred Licensure: LSW, LISW, LPC, LPCC, LAC, LCSW
  • Additional Qualifications
    • Current, unencumbered IN clinical license
    • Experience in substance use disorder treatment preferred
    • Must be 21 years of age or older
