You may be helping someone settle in for the night, responding when they need a little extra support, or simply being the person who makes them feel safe and cared for. These moments may seem small, but to a resident,
they can mean everything.

As a night-shift CNA at Hamilton Grove, you'll have the opportunity to:

• Provide compassionate, hands-on care that protects each resident's dignity and independence
• Help residents with personal care and activities of daily living
• Create a calm, comfortable environment throughout the night
• Build genuine relationships with the people you care for
• Notice changes in residents' needs and communicate with the care team
• Be a reassuring presence when a resident needs help, comfort, or simply someone there
• Work alongside teammates who understand the importance of supporting one another

You won't just be watching over residents. You'll be caring for people who depend on you.

You don't have to have all the answers. You do need to have a heart for people.

We're looking for a CNA who:

• Truly enjoys caring for older adults
• Is compassionate, patient, and dependable
• Works well with others and believes in being part of a team
• Is comfortable working 12-hour night shifts, including rotating weekends and holidays
