Position Summary
Provides comprehensive pharmaceutical care, including processing prescriptions, counseling customers, and maintaining confidentiality and documentation of controlled medications.
Key Responsibilities- Dispensing prescriptions accurately and administering immunizations in compliance with regulations.
- Supporting patient safety by ensuring quality care, communicating effectively, and following SOPs.
- Ensuring regulatory and company policy compliance, including HIPAA and safety protocols.
- Building relationships with stakeholders, identifying needs, and implementing business solutions.
- Leading by example in customer service, ethics, and integrity, fostering a culture of respect and teamwork.
- Promoting continuous improvement, reporting errors, and analyzing root causes for quality enhancement.
- Bachelor’s or PharmD degree in Pharmacy, valid pharmacy license, and completion of immunization training.
- Strong communication, leadership, and compliance skills.
- Commitment to patient safety, ethical standards, and organizational goals.
