• Responsible for management of the clinical staff; including their hiring, performance evaluations, promotions, discipline, and terminations.
• Develop and maintain strong collaborative relationships with Nassau County Legal agencies.
• Ensure goals and objectives of the Re-Entry Grant are being met.
• Responsible for ensuring all grant data is collected and reported timely.
• Evaluates program effectiveness, revises the program design and/or policies and procedures, as needed.
• Provide training to staff on all aspects of job responsibilities.
• Ensures that policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements are adhered to by staff.

• LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS:
  
  LMSW, LCSW or LMHC
• REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
  
  Minimum five years of experience working in substance use disorder treatment
• Minimum two years of experience in a supervisory role

This job is a hybrid position, working between an office, Nassau County Jail, and other community sites. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, and photocopiers.
