Responsibilities- Assist clients with daily living activities including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients’ quality of life.
- Monitor and report any changes in clients’ health or behavior to the appropriate healthcare professionals.
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for clients by performing light housekeeping tasks.
- Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and the care team to ensure consistent and compassionate care.
- Previous caregiving experience is preferred but not required; we provide training.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a genuine desire to help others.
- Ability to follow instructions, maintain confidentiality, and work independently.
- Reliable transportation to commute to client locations in Metamora, IN.
- Certification in CPR and First Aid is a plus.
- Competitive hourly wage ranging from $16.00 to $18.00, paid semi-monthly.
