As a Therapist, you will provide professional counseling and therapeutic services to individuals, couples, families, and groups experiencing mental health and/or substance use challenges. You will conduct comprehensive assessments, establish diagnoses, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide evidence-based interventions designed to support recovery, resilience, and overall well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide individual, group, family, couples, and other therapeutic services in a variety of settings based on client needs and treatment goals.

Conduct intake, screening, and comprehensive clinical assessments within established regulatory, accreditation, and organizational time frames.

Evaluate assessment findings and establish appropriate diagnoses within the scope of professional licensure and applicable standards.

Develop individualized treatment plans that reflect assessment findings, client strengths, identified needs, and treatment goals.

Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including counseling, psychotherapy, behavioral interventions, trauma-focused services, and co-occurring treatment as appropriate.

Facilitate individual and group counseling, family therapy, psychoeducation, and specialty behavioral health services.

Participate in clinical staffing, treatment team meetings, case reviews, and multidisciplinary consultations.

Maintain an assigned caseload and meet department-specific Collaborative Service Goal (CSG) requirements.

Collaborate with internal departments to ensure services are appropriately authorized and required information is submitted within established time frames.

Maintain accurate, timely, and clinically appropriate documentation in the Electronic Health Record (EHR).Ensure clinical documentation accurately reflects services provided, supports treatment plans, and meets applicable regulatory and accreditation requirements.
