Hemab is building preventative treatments for serious, underserved bleeding disorders. These are therapies designed to work with the body's own biology and stop bleeds before they start, instead of treating them after they happen. We're patient-first, science-led and clinical-stage - with a pipeline that takes different scientific approaches to different patient needs.

We went public via our 2026 IPO, and we're scaling across two homes:
Cambridge, MA, USA, and Copenhagen, Denmark.

As Medical Science Liaison for Europe, you'll be Hemab's scientific connection to clinicians, investigators and the wider bleeding-disorder community across key European markets. With sutacimig advancing toward Phase 3 in Glanzmann Thrombasthenia, alongside HMB-002 and HMB-003 in earlier clinical development, what you learn in the field will directly inform how our teams develop these programmes and work with the centres treating patients.

• Build trusted, peer-level scientific relationships with investigators, clinicians and other experts across European bleeding-disorder centres.
• Turn field insight into clear input for Hemab's clinical and medical teams, including study design, endpoints and evidence-generation plans.
• Help drive SOLARA site activation and investigator engagement across European markets.
• Partner with Clinical Development, Clinical Operations and Medical Affairs on site feasibility, recruitment and study delivery.
• Translate complex coagulation science and emerging clinical data into clear, balanced scientific exchange for different audiences.
• Build Hemab's field medical ways of working in Europe rather than waiting for a finished playbook.
• Work with patient organisations and professional societies on scientifically grounded disease education and awareness.
• Maintain high standards of scientific integrity while working across different regulatory, cultural and healthcare environments.

• Significant experience as an MSL or scientific liaison, with evidence that your field insights have influenced clinical or medical decisions.
• Experience building credible scientific relationships with investigators and healthcare professionals.
• Experience supporting clinical trials, including site engagement, feasibility, activation or recruitment.
• The scientific depth to understand complex clinical data and make it clear to different audiences.
• Fluency in English and at least one additional major European language.
• Ability and willingness to travel extensively across Europe, including overnight and international travel.

• Experience in haematology, bleeding disorders, rare disease or immunology.
• Experience supporting multi-country studies or working with European comprehensive care centres.
• Experience in a growing biotech where you've built your own field materials and ways of working.

Hemab is still building a lot of its own structure. Systems here tend to get created as we need them, not handed down in advance. Whoever takes this role will likely build some of their own process instead of inheriting a finished one. We work across two hubs and multiple time zones - bridging that well takes real, deliberate effort. And because we're growing quickly, priorities can shift with less notice than they would at a larger, more established company.
