responsible for ensuring target accounts understand billing, coding, and reimbursement processes for Uro Gen products within their geography. Objectives include improving account access to reimbursement through payer strategies, particularly for hospitals, ambulatory surgery centers, and key urology accounts. Responsibilities encompass developing relationships with healthcare providers, answering reimbursement queries, understanding regulations for Medicaid, Medicare, and commercial payers, and translating strategies into actionable plans.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree; minimum of 4 years experience in biotech, pharma, or medical devices; at least 2 years in reimbursement, with hospital or large account experience preferred. Urology experience is advantageous. Skills include strong communication, cross-functional collaboration, resourcefulness, and results orientation. The role requires travel with overnight stays, a valid driver’s license, and proficiency in healthcare reimbursement regulations.
