Spring Health Behavioral Health and Integrated Care in Indianapolis, IN is hiring a Behavior Technician to deliver ABA programs for youth in home and community settings. You will provide 1:1 therapy under BCBA supervision, track progress, and maintain confidentiality.
The role involves teaching communication, self-help and social-skills, collecting data, and adapting plans as patients improve. A BCBA-supervised certificate and driver’s license are required;
Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
