Caretenders, part of LHC Group, United Health family, is hiring a Physical Therapist for home health in Indiana. You will assess patient needs, develop and implement therapy plans, and document progress to support mobility and independence.
You’ll collaborate with physicians and the health care team to adjust treatment and ensure safe, effective care in patients’ homes. Eligible applicants hold current PT licensure in their state, CPR, and have a workable vehicle.
