Penn National Gaming - - - Responsibilities:
Lead the Front Desk team and distribute shift work to clerks;
Ensure accurate check-in/check-out of guests and resolve complex guest service issues;
Maintain knowledge of hotel policies and ensure implementation;
Enter reservations into the computer system and manage group blocks/reservations;
Provide training and support to Front Desk Clerks and coordinate with internal departments
