This is a full-time, on-site Night Auditor role located in Indianapolis, IN. The Night Auditor will handle end-of-day accounting, perform receptionist duties, process guest reservations, and manage front desk inquiries during overnight hours. Responsibilities include reconciling daily financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, delivering outstanding customer service, and addressing guest needs promptly and professionally.

• Proficiency in Receptionist Duties, including managing front desk operations and ensuring smooth check-in/check-out processes
• Experience with Reservations and managing booking systems
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively address guest needs and inquiries
• Cash Handling experience and basic accounting knowledge are required
• Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
• Ability to work night shifts and maintain a professional demeanor under limited supervision
• High school diploma or equivalent required; prior hotel or hospitality experience is a plus
