This position is located at Santa's Cottages - A Holiday World Resort!

• General property maintenance (cleaning grills and firepits, picking up trash)
• Cottage repairs (replacing fill valves/flappers, replacing light bulbs, clearing clogged drains, repairing garbage disposals, cleaning/replacing HVAC filter, etc.)
• Clean and sanitize bathrooms (including toilets, showers, sinks, and mirrors)
• Assist with property improvement projects.
• Assist with other areas of the resort - We are a team and help each other as needed!
• Other duties as assigned.

• Must be at least 18 years old or older.
• Friendly, Guest-centric attitude.
• Ability to safely and properly use assigned tools, equipment, and PPE.
• Attention to detail.
