Compensation:
The hourly base pay range for this position is $9–$10 per hour plus $5 per hour in shift differential (12a–6a) plus $5–$10 per hour in tips.
Work Schedule:
The work schedule for this position is 11p–7a.

- Maintain a pleasant, friendly and professional demeanor with all guests, co‑workers, and clients.
- Greet guests within five feet with a professional and friendly demeanor, using their last names and a salutation of the day.
- Practice proper Phone etiquette and post up in designated areas when not completing tasks.
- Parks and retrieves vehicles while driving slowly and cautiously; assists guests with bell services and luggage storage as needed; opens all vehicle and hotel doors for guests.
- Assists guests with directions, taxis, reservations and other inquiries; provides information about outlets, meeting rooms, amenities of the facility and main attractions in the area; delivers messages, items and/or guest amenities as requested.
- Shuttles guests to appropriate places that are approved by the location.
- Explains parking rates and retrieval procedures to guests upon arrival; issues claim checks only after receiving vehicle keys and collects claim checks from all guests prior to issuing keys.
- Completes and maintains all ticket information (key tag, guest folio, vehicle location, damage survey and claim check receipt); records location on all key tags after parking; calculates and collects revenue for vehicles when needed.
- Education:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED). - Licensure:
Must hold a valid driver’s license for the state of employment. - Work Experience:
One (1) month related experience and/or training or an equivalent combination of education and experience. - Knowledge:
Principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. - Skills:
Read and write standard English; comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos; write simple correspondence; present information in one‑on‑one and small group situations; perform basic arithmetic with American money; understand 24‑hour and military time; understand rates applicable to time passed; operate a manual transmission (highly desirable); perform parallel parking.
- Regularly required to talk or hear.
- Frequently required to sit or stand for extended periods; may be required to run, walk, handle objects, reach, climb stairs, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.
- Specific vision abilities: close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, ability to adjust focus.
- Lifting requirements: up to 100 pounds of force occasionally, up to 50 pounds of force frequently, up to 20 pounds of force constantly.
- Work performed outdoors for extended periods, subject to extreme heat and cold weather; protection from weather conditions may be provided.
- Travel: up to 5% may be required.
