Inter Continental Indianapolis is a luxury hotel located in Monument Circle, built in the famed Illinois Building. The 170‑room hotel includes 17 suites, a cafe, and a rooftop bar offering stunning views of the city.

This position is responsible for cleaning the entire kitchen area, cookware, plates, glassware, silverware, and cutlery.

• Prepare work stations with designated supplies and equipment; report shortages to supervisor.
• Use correct cleaning chemicals for designated items according to OSHA regulations.
• Clean the kitchen, food service carts, walk‑in coolers, freezers, service elevators, and loading dock area.
• Perform ware‑washing tasks from restaurants, banquet, and room service outlets using the dish machine.
• Wash pots, pans, and other equipment by hand in pot sinks.
• Maintain daily kitchen maintenance tasks.
• Clean and polish silver and copper chafing dishes, trays, etc.; burnish all silver as necessary.
• Sweep and mop the kitchen floor to maintain a sanitary environment.

• Minimum high‑school education and at least one year of related experience preferred.
• Ability to adhere to appearance standards and uniform compliance.
• Commitment to exceeding service standards.
• Willingness to work any shift, weekends, holidays, and special events.

Competitive hourly pay of $15, plus a comprehensive benefits package that includes paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and other eligible benefits. Full uniform, room discounts, and on‑site training are provided.
