• Welcome Guests

  Greet new arrivals with a friendly smile, provide room keys, and offer them all the info they need to enjoy their stay.
• Manage Reservations
  :
  Handle online and phone reservations, and keep things running smoothly by managing room assignments.
• Provide Excellent Service
  :
  Answer guest questions about rooms, rates, amenities, and hotel services.
• Solve Problems with a Smile
  :
  Handle guest complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring their needs are met.
• Collaborate
  :
  Work closely with housekeeping to make sure every room is pristine and ready for guests.
• Upsell Services
  :
  Highlight available amenities and encourage guests to enjoy everything our hotel has to offer!
• Personalized Service
  :
  Take care of group reservations and VIP guests, ensuring they get the special attention they deserve.

• Experience
