As a Night Auditor, you re not just overseeing overnight financial audits and reconciliations – you re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.

Responsibilities
  • Balance transactions: Audit, post, and reconcile the day s financial activity across outlets

  • Verify payment accuracy: Ensure all credit card transactions align with daily reports

  • Investigate discrepancies: Identify and resolve any anomalies found between financial reports and takings

  • Assist hotel management: Provide guidance and training to Night Managers on accurate financial processes and system use

  • Support emergency response: Assist the Night Manager during emergency situations
