Reservations Manager
, you’re not just managing the hotel’s reservations operations – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.

Here's what you'll do during a typical day:
  • Oversee daily reservations operations: Manage all aspects of the reservations process, including room inventory and availability, group blocks and rooming lists, cut-off dates, rate restrictions, occupancy strategies, and system usage

  • Maximize occupancy and revenue: Review and adjust rate strategies, occupancy levels, and promotional efforts to optimize room sales and achieve revenue targets

  • Collaborate with sales and events: Work with Sales and Events teams to ensure group bookings, corporate rates, and special events are effectively managed to maximize revenue

  • Manage third-party channels: Negotiate rates, manage relationships, and ensure proper implementation of reservation procedures with third-party booking sites and agents to maximize conversion

  • Generate reports and forecasts: Prepare and review key performance reports such as occupancy, revenue, and forecasting data to support strategic planning and departmental decision-making

  • Inspire and develop the team: Supervise and support team members, monitor performance, provide coaching, and foster a positive and productive work environment
